My group rode the Sno Bugs trails today and were quite pleased with the trail conditions. Snow coverage is nearly 100% in all places, and most of the trail system appears to have been recently went over with the groomer(s). The trail from the St. Croix river crossing that intersects with old Highway 61 had full snow coverage and was pretty smooth - even on our 10 year old machines. From Highway 61 into Rush City was also very good. The part that branches off and runs north to the Time Out bar & restaurant in Rock Creek was fantastic. We also rode the trail from Rush City to Flickabirds Resort on East Rush Lake. That was a bit bumpy, especially through the swamps - but it still brought smiles from ear to ear on everybody in the group.
